EfiPlus is a mobile app designed under the Android system to carry out energy audits in buildings according to the current regulatory framework with a strong focus on energy efficiency. EfiPlus is a multi-device solution featuring 4G connectivity capabilities, thanks to which we can significantly simplify the data collection stage. In addition, it reduces the time of analysis and direct generation of the final audit report in WinOffice-Word format due to the data processing module.
Apart from regulatory compliance, energy audits in buildings allow organisations to detect energy conservation opportunities and look for solutions that optimise the energy performance of their facilities with the resulting economic benefits.
EfiPlus is an application designed under the Android platform that allows us to satisfy the legislative requirement, as well as to improve the audit process, especially in the stocktaking stage. With efiPlus, the work is simplified and carried out online from a tablet PC with a 4G network connection. Once the data collection stage has been completed, these data are directly recorded on the web platform, where they can be accessed, and the audit can be finalised.
In addition to the data collection, efiPlus allows us to register general data and typology of the installations, images of the spaces, power supplies, energy measurements, description of the systems, and finally, to obtain energy balance and the identified energy reduction solutions.
The process culminates with the automatic generation of the audit report for each client and installation.
All this in a user-friendly environment that allows the data to be managed simply and intuitively.
EfiPlus allows us to mechanise the information in an intuitive and agile way thanks to AI; likewise, the direct and intelligent processing of data allows us to automate the process of obtaining results: energy balance, identification of savings measures, and generation of the final report.
