Applus+ introduces its Traza system for renewable energy asset management

03/04/2020

The  Applus+ Energy & Industry Division is increasing the mobility of its services with the use of the Traza system for renewable energy asset management.

Throughout the various stages of a project, a large quantity of information and documentation is generated which, up until now, has been stored on databases and in archives, making it difficult to consult further down the line. As a solution to this, Applus+ has introduced Traza, a functional tool which can be applied in different sectors and which, among other functions, can be used for asset management. It is a GIS application which enables the management of assets relating to wind farms and photovoltaic power stations, the creation and execution of their corresponding maintenance plans and the organisation of the documentation generated throughout the life cycle of a project, ensuring mobility and allowing the information to be accessed and worked on in places with no network coverage or a weak signal.

This tool can be adapted to allow various platforms to be integrated into its system, tailoring it to the needs of the client and enabling the centralisation of information, the digitalisation of company processes and the exchange of information between departments.

Applus+ offers a wide range of services for asset integrity management and facility management, ensuring the security and reliability of operations for our clients in a wide variety of areas and sectors, including renewable energy.
