Unlike the traditional "end-of-point acceptance" model, Applus+ deeply integrates independent third-party inspection into the entire manufacturing process. By deploying on-site delivery engineers (Expeditors), we advance quality control nodes and integrate them into daily production rhythms, establishing a structured regulatory framework highly aligned with end-user specifications and international standards, achieving seamless supervision from raw materials to finished products.

Advanced NDT for critical manufacturing components

For key components such as forgings, castings, and welded structures, the agreement explicitly requires 100% comprehensive inspection. The project team combined advanced methods such as ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), and liquid penetrant testing (LPT) to rigorously verify material integrity at every manufacturing stage. This "microscope-style" inspection strategy effectively achieves early defect detection and significantly reduces the risk of quality spillover.

Digital reporting and real-time project visibility

To ensure zero-time data flow, Applus+ offers detailed e-delivery and testing reports in English to end users daily. This high-frequency, transparent communication mechanism not only ensures data traceability, but also, through real-time warnings and multi-party collaboration, accelerates closed-loop rectification of abnormal issues, ensuring both project progress and quality.
