Applus+ in Italy has been awarded a new Master Agreement for inspection and expediting services with an important player in the Oil & Gas sector

Applus+ in Italy has recently signed a 3-year Master Service Agreement for inspection services on a worldwide scale.

Our client designs, manufactures, and supplies solutions for the drilling and production of oil and gas, and will be supported by Applus+ professionals who will carry out inspections globally.
Applus+ inspection services help clients evaluate whether their products, processes, and services comply with all regulatory and voluntary requirements and standards.

Applus+ will carry out the following activities:

-Inspection and Surveillance services, including but not limited to:

• Conducting pre-construction verifications such as document approval status, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) revision, material certifications, adequacy of laboratories, calibration equipment certificates, personnel qualifications, and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) procedure qualifications.
• Providing supervision and inspection during the construction phase, encompassing compliance with the ITP, monitoring the progress of engineering, procurement, construction, testing and shipments of materials, testing certification revision, and the issue of Anomaly reports if and when needed;
• After works activities: Supervision of FAT (Final Acceptance test), check of Inspection Release Note issued by the main contractor, check of Final Data Book, closure of non-conformities (if any).

-Expediting and reporting services to proactively and cost-effectively oversee the manufacturing and delivery process, ensuring that procured equipment is produced and delivered on or ahead of schedule.
