Applus+ Velosi in Ghana has signed a Contract with Tullow Ghana for the Provision of QA/QC Services for the Oil Offloading System for FPSO

    Applus+ Velosi in Ghana has signed a contract with Tullow Ghana for the Provision of QA/QC Services for the Oil Offloading System for the floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) Kwame Nkrumah Vessel.

    The initial contract period is for two years with a commencement date of 1st January 2019. The Oil Offloading System Project includes the installation of a Buoy Turret Loading (BTL) system and associated suction piles as well as two offloading lines for the BTL system and the additional hang-off platform and skid.
    Kobena Budu-Acquah, Applus+ Velosi in Ghana’s Country Manager, said: “This award further deepens our excellent working relationship with Tullow Ghana and offers us an opportunity to build upon the successes of the QA/QC services provided for the Jubilee Phase 1A and TEN Projects. Team Ghana looks forward to a seamless execution of this contract in conjunction with the teams from Applus+ Velosi in Europe and the USA as always.”
