The figures underline the success of our initiatives. 60% of our professionals are covered by the Equality and Conciliation Councils. 40% of the members of our Board of Directors are women, something that very few listed companies achieve. More than 70% of vacancies in management positions are covered by internal promotion and we actively work to improve the communities in which we operate, with 86% of our employees being from the countries where they work.
