Applus+ is pleased to announce that Ambiente s.r.l will join APEM Group, subject to regulatory approval and successful completion of the transaction.
This acquisition is expected to strengthen the position of the Environmental Services Division at Applus+ as one of the leading players in global environmental and sustainability markets and would support our ambition of pursuing efficiency, sustainable growth and strong operational performance.

The transaction is expected to close by the end of Q2 2026.
In the transaction, Applus+ was advised by Advant NCTM as legal advisor. Ambiente was assisted by PwC as strategic and financial advisor and by PwC Legal as legal advisor.
