Applus+ has obtained the silver award in the category of Most Innovative Use of HR Technology During the Pandemic for its innovative practices in technology applied to talent acquisition and the implementation of Workday, both carried out during the covid-19 pandemic.

Among the winning digital initiatives stand out the RPA solutions in HR processes, the asynchronous interviewing of new candidates and the simultaneous implementation of most of Workday's modules in three different countries (Spain, Italy and Portugal) in just a year, something very few corporations have achieved before.
