Niels Pörtzgen, our Technical Authority and Inventor of the IWEX technology, presented how we improve AIM with advanced ultrasonic 2D and 3D imaging technology for non-destructive testing during the first edition of the India Energy Week in Bangalore.
His presentation illustrated the limitation of traditional inspection technologies based on RT and manual UT, and how IWEX, based on the principles of full matrix capture ultrasonic data, enhances this technology by using a reconstruction algorithmic to generate comprehensive 2D and 3D images.
