Applus+ has been awarded the Partnership Appreciation Award from the Leading National Academy (LNA) in Saudi Arabia. The award recognises Applus+ as the leading female training academy in Saudi Arabia, and the first Saudi sponsored female training center. This award highlights the exceptional partnership between Applus+ and LNA.

Applus+ has been recognised by Fundación Prodis as an Inclusive Company for its efforts to promote the inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities in the labour market.

Together with Prodis, Applus+ has grown as a company, integrating persons with disabilities into its workforce, and organising charity sales and team-building events.

Since 2021, Applus+ has been part of the Ibex Gender Equality Index, the first Spanish stock market indicator to measure the presence of women holding management positions in Spanish companies. Only companies with board of directors comprising between 25% and 75% women, and in senior management positions between 15% and 85%, can be included in the index. Forty percent of the Applus+ Board of Directors are women.

The composition of the index is reviewed annually based on the information prepared by the CNMV, extracted from the annual corporate governance reports.

Applus+ in Galicia has been awarded the first prize in the Equal Opportunity Award of the Premios Transfronterizos (Cross-border Awards), given in the Spanish regions of Galicia, Extremadura, Castilla and León and Northern Portugal.
