Non-Destructive Testing Sub-Services

Our Magnetic Particle Testing Level 1 & 2 Course offers NDT training designed to meet the requirements of NAS 410 and SNT-TC-1A (ASNT) for the qualification of Level I & II personnel in the Magnetic Particle Inspection method. This session combines multiple modes of learning to increase the student’s body of knowledge with an emphasis on the promotion of precision, efficiency, perception, and ethical behavior while performing magnetic particle inspection processes.

Our Digital Detector Array (DDA) Level 1 Course offers 40 hours of formal NDT training that has been specifically developed to meet NAS 410, SN-TC-1A, Customer, or Prime/OEM requirements for the qualification of Industrial Digital Detector Array Level 1 Radiographer. Each session combines lectures, audio/visual presentations, and simulations utilizing DDA imaging hardware and software to bring the student into proficiency at the current technological level of industrial DDA Radiography.

Our Digital Detector Array (DDA) Level 2 course offers 40 hours of formal NDT training that has been specifically developed to meet NAS 410, SN-TC-1A, Customer, or Prime/OEM requirements for the qualification of Industrial Digital Detector Array Level 2 Radiographer. Each session combines lectures, audio/visual presentations, and simulations utilizing DDA imaging hardware and software, to bring the student into non-destructive testing proficiency at the current technology level of industrial DDA Radiography. RT film radiographer certification of Level 2 is recommended for participation.

Our Liquid Penetrant Level 1 & 2 course offers Non-destructive testing training to meet the requirements of NAS 410 and SNT-TC-1A for the qualification of Level 1 & 2 personnel in the liquid penetrant inspection NDT method.  This session combines multiple modes of learning to increase the student’s body of knowledge and promote precision, efficiency, perception, and ethical behavior while performing liquid penetrant inspection process.

Our Magnetic Particle (MT) and Liquid Penetrant (PT) Testing Level 1 and 2 Course offers NDT training designed to meet the requirements of SNT-TC-1A (ASNT) for the qualification of Level I & II personnel in the Magnetic Particle inspection and the Liquid Penetrant Testing methods. This session combines multiple modes of learning to increase the student’s body of knowledge while promoting precision, efficiency, perception, and ethical behavior while performing NDT processes.

This course covers both Magnetic Particle Testing (24hrs) and Liquid Penetrant Testing (16hrs). The program first delivers MT ( 3 days)  and then PT (2 days) within the same week for a combined 40 hours of total training.

Our Radiographic Testing (RT) Level 1 course is   designed   to   meet   the requirements  of  NAS  410  and  SNT-TC-1A  for  the  qualification  of  Level  1  personnel  in the  radiographic  testing  NDT  method.    This session  combines  multiple  modes  of learning to increase the student’s body of knowledge and promote the principles of precision, efficiency,  perception,  and  ethical  behavior  while  performing  industrial  radiography.  Aerospace  and other critical  hardware  RT  processing  requirements,  including  Nadcap Radiographic Inspection, are emphasized within this course.
