Materiaal evaluatie
Het belangrijkste doel van de materiaaleigenschapsbeoordeling is om te bevestigen dat de materiaaleigenschappen van onderdelen die worden gebruikt in boorwerkzaamheden niet zijn verslechterd in de tijd en dat de materialen voldoen aan de acceptatiebereiken die zijn vastgesteld door de relevante productienormen. We geven een certificaat af waarin de eigenschappen van het materiaal, de chemische analyse en de sterkteklasse worden beschreven in overeenstemming met de relevante normen. Ons hooggekwalificeerd personeel is ervaren in de staalproductie, raffinaderijen, waterkracht, luchtvaart, olie en gas, pijpleidingen, putuitrusting en constructie. Applus + metallografische teams voeren een verscheidenheid aan niet-destructieve materiaalonderzoeken uit. Testen kan zelfs op locatie worden uitgevoerd.
