The successful internationalisation of the Applus+ brand is impressive in scale and scope. Created only 16 years ago, Applus+ has simultaneously grown its reputation and presence on more than 65 countries and unite 26,000+ employees worldwide.

The growth delivered by Applus+ in recent years is partly due to our acquisition strategy. Applus+ has acquired more than 50 companies since 2004 with the objective to reinforce the Group's position as a leader in the TIC sector, incorporating high-quality companies into our business to pursue growth in strategic markets. The Group is committed to continued growth through acquisitions of companies which strengthen our presence in key services, markets and geographies.

In order to integrate the acquired brands into the Applus+ business we have a brand-integration model which is adaptable and flexible for each of the very specific needs of acquired companies. This model is based on a value-transfer process which helps us to retain and transfer the equity of each acquired brand to the Applus+ brand.
