Completion of the EDF Project Supervision and Leadership Programme.

Over four intensive days, participants have developed and refined their leadership skills, building confidence in communication, coaching, decision-making, and team development.

The final stage of the programme took place on 2nd October at the Teesside School of Excellence, where participants came together for a day focused on coaching conversations and storytelling as leaders. The day concluded with engaging “campfire presentations”, where each participant shared their leadership journey and key learnings with senior leaders from EDF and Applus+.

To mark this achievement, each participant was recognised with a certificate presented by senior management, symbolising not only the completion of the programme but also their growth as influential and reflective leaders within the EDF project.

This initiative continues to highlight Applus+ commitment to developing its people, ensuring that leadership is not just a title, but a mindset deeply embedded across our teams.
