Applus+ in Indonesia achieves geothermal service company registration

With this certification, Applus+ is now formally eligible to participate in and support geothermal-related projects across Indonesia. This achievement strengthens our compliance standing and positions us to deliver a wide range of specialized services that directly benefit project developers, operators, and stakeholders in the renewable energy industry.

Services now available under our geothermal registration

• Rig Inspection & Drilling Assurance  Acceptance inspections for rigs, periodic checks during exploration and production drilling, and certification services throughout drilling campaigns to ensure safety and compliance.

• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Services  Inspection of steam systems, high-temperature piping, turbines, and pressure equipment to safeguard plant reliability and performance.

• Third-Party Inspection (TPI)  Independent verification services, commissioning inspections during plant start-up, and balance-of-plant assessments to provide objective assurance of quality and safety.

• Environmental Monitoring  Emissions verification, compliance audits, and monitoring services to support permitting requirements and ESG commitments.
