Applus+ is authorized by the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) to implement the VOC QATAR Program for Imported Food Product, in coordination with the Food Safety Department (FSD), and issues the Certificate of Conformity (CoC) required for customs clearance under applicable Qatar/GSO standards.
Applus+ is authorized by Qatar's Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) to implement the VOC QATAR program for food products imported into Qatar under authorization number FC/24/00014 (dated 03/11/2024). Exporters submit the necessary documentation to Applus+, after reviewing and inspecting the documents, Applus+ issues a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) to facilitate customs clearance for the shipment.
This program ensures the safety and quality of food products entering the Qatari market. Under VOC Qatar, all consignments of regulated products must obtain a CoC verifying compliance with Qatar/GSO standards and technical regulations, including labelling and any product-specific requirements.
