The Energy & Industry Division of Applus+ in Indonesia was appointed to conduct an observation recommendation report for potential rigs belonging to one of the big companies in the oil and gas industry at Balikpapan, Indonesia. This inspection project was completed in April 2020.
The observation was a follow-up inspection, carrying out visual inspections and functioning tests of the unit/equipment as required. During the inspection, our rig team continued verifying the updated list, and the team visited all departments of the company, viewed all areas and equipment, and reviewed various certifications, reports, and maintenance history. The output of the inspection was based on our observation, where we also pertinent recommendations were given.
