Second share buyback programme

The Board of Directors of the Company has approved on 7 th November 2022 to launch a programme to buy back the Company's treasury shares (the "Share Buyback Programme", or the "Programme"), pursuant to the authorisation granted by the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on 28 June 2022, under item Tenth of its agenda.
