For Applus+, innovation is what sets its team apart: Currently, more than 1,064 employees are directly involved in innovation programmes. The revolutionary philosophy of the Applus+ team has created an ideal environment to generate more than 214 Research, Development and Innovation (RDI) projects every year in various sectors and lines of business and implement them in more than 70 countries worldwide.

A large part of our innovation investment is put into projects in our main strategic areas, including the energy transition, electrification and connectivity in automotive, aeronautic and energy sectors, with a strong focus on the digitisation of processes and the development of solutions based on advanced digital technologies. The aim is to constantly adapt to changes in global trends and demand and to maintain a portfolio of services with increased value, versatility and flexibility.

Leading in innovation is a model of differentiation on which Applus+ will continue to focus in the future.
