This website is considered as a service for the Applus+ Group, and the Group owns all legal rights.

For these purposes, the Applus+ Group is represented by the following company:

Through the aforementioned company, the Applus+ Group provides the services described in the various parts of the website. Applus+ Servicios Tecnológicos S.L.U. therefore acts as the processor for the following companies, which comprise the Applus+ Group and have integrated their services within this website. II. OBJECT

This website was designed to raise awareness and allow general access for all users to the information, activities, products and services offered by the Applus+ Group.

The use of this website confers on the user the condition of User of the website, which implies the acceptance of these terms of use in the version published at the time at which it was accessed. Applus+ therefore advises the User to read these terms of use carefully each time the website is accessed. Accessing this website and using the materials provided in it, implies that you have read and accepted these conditions without any reservations.

Applus+ accepts no liability for the contents and opinions of third parties uploaded to its website, or the information contained in the websites of third parties that may be accessed by links or search engines on the website, as the function of these is to inform the user about the existence of other sources of information on the subject on the Internet where he will be able to expand the information provided on this website, and which under no circumstances implies a suggestion, invitation or recommendation of them. Applus+ will therefore not be liable for the results obtained through said links.

IV. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

For the purposes of that provided for in current legislation on the protection of data of a personal nature, Applus+ informs the user of the existence of a file created under the responsibility of the various Applus+ Group companies described above, which is duly inscribed in the General Registry of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

The aim is to process the requests that the User may make to us; the personal data are provided by the User himself while he is browsing our website. Similarly, it us used to send information to the user by any means, including electronic mail and/or equivalent means, on products, services, offers and news that we offer.

The user expressly authorizes the various Applus+ Group companies mentioned above to use said data for the purposes described above. Similarly, he expressly gives his consent to receive from Applus+ commercial or advertising messages, by email or equivalent means.

Applus+ commits itself to fulfill its obligation regarding secrecy of data of a personal nature, as well as to protect these, and to take the technical and organizational measures necessary to maintain the required security level for the personal data processed. Due to all the above, you are recommended to exercise the utmost diligence in this matter and use all the security tools at your disposal.

You are informed that to improve the timeliness in processing user applications, your data may be transferred to the various companies in the Applus+ Group as described above, and that this legal notice serves as express consent. In compliance with the provisions of the Spanish Organic Law for the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature In the first section of this paragraph there is a listing of the companies and activities of which the Applus+ Group is comprised, to which personal data may be transferred (see the listing of the Applus+ Group companies), which will use these data for the same purposes and under the same conditions as described above.

The companies of the Applus+ Group have locations in the European Economic Area and in other countries, some of which may not provide a level of protection equivalent to that of the European Economic Area.

Prior to any other use or purpose of the files held by Applus+, the User's consent shall be requested in accordance with the provisions of Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature.

The user is the sole party responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the data facilitated to Applus+, which is not responsible for any lack of veracity or accuracy of these data.

Applus+ informs the User of the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and complaint by means of a written request, signed and addressed to Applus+ Legal Services at, UAB Campus, Carretera de Acceso a la Facultad de Medicina s/n, 08193, Bellaterra-Cerdanyola del Vallès, (Barcelona). The request must contain the following information: (i) the User's first and last name, (ii) the address for the purposes of notifications, (iii) a photocopy of the National ID Document or passport, and (iv) specific content of the right being exercised.

Similarly, at any time, the User may revoke the authorization granted to use or transfer his data.

Applus+ informs you that while you are browsing the website, "cookies" are used, which are data files that are generated on the User's or the client's computer, which allow our systems to record the user's browsing peculiarities or preferences. These cookies are only associated with the browser of a specific computer (an anonymous user) without providing any personal User data. Applus+ guarantees that in the event of subcontracting any part of the service(s) offered to the User, and in the event that for its execution it be necessary for the subcontractor to access the data of a personal nature, in its capacity of having been assigned the data processing on behalf of Applus+, the contractual data protection obligations shall be stipulated with the contracted company, in accordance with the provisions of Article 12 of Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature.

V. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

This website is the property of the Applus+ Group. The intellectual property rights and the rights for the usage and copying of this website, its pages, screens, the information they contain, their appearance and design, as well as the links from it to other websites that belong to Applus+ are the exclusive property of the latter, unless otherwise specified. Any names, designs and/or logos and any other product or service offered and reflected on this website, are duly registered trademarks. Any misuse of these by persons other than their rightful owner, may be prosecuted in accordance with current legislation. Downloading of the contents, and the copying or printing of any page of this website, are solely authorized for personal and private use.

It is forbidden to copy, transmit, modify or delete the information, content or warnings of this website without the prior written authorization of Applus+.
